Acceptance
By creating a Sniffy account, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the platform.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to use Sniffy. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.
Listings
You may only list fragrances you own and can ship. Listings must include real photos of the actual bottle. Fake, counterfeit, or misrepresented listings will result in an immediate ban.
Trades
Once an offer is accepted, both parties are committed to completing the trade. Ghosting a confirmed trade earns a strike. All cash trades are processed through Sniffy's escrow system.
Fees
Sniffy charges a 10% platform fee on cash sales, deducted from the seller's payout at the time of release. Swap trades require a $27 security deposit per party: $25 is fully refundable upon successful completion, and $2 is a non-refundable processing fee. No fees are charged to buyers on cash purchases.
Prohibited Content
You may not list counterfeit goods, stolen items, or items not related to fragrance. You may not use the platform to harass, defraud, or threaten other users.
Limitation of Liability
Sniffy is a marketplace platform. We facilitate trades but are not a party to them. In cases of confirmed fraud, the Protection Fund may apply — but Sniffy's liability is limited to the transaction value.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
