What We Collect
We collect information you provide directly: email address, username, display name, profile photo, and listing details. We also collect usage data (pages visited, features used) to improve the platform.
How We Use It
- To operate your account and process trades
- To send transactional emails (trade confirmations, dispute notifications)
- To send notification emails if you opt in
- To detect fraud and maintain platform safety
Third-Party Services
We use Supabase for database and authentication, Stripe for payment processing, and Vercel for hosting. Each has its own privacy policy.
Your Data Rights
You can request a copy of your data or request deletion at any time by emailing support@sniffy.io. Account deletion removes your profile, listings, and personal data within 30 days. Trade records may be retained for legal compliance.
